Jackson Hole Volleyball is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting volleyball in the Jackson Hole area. Originally Western Wyoming Volleyball Club, JHVB has been offering youth volleyball opportunities since the year 2000. Our goal is to develop young athletes into accomplished volleyball players who love the sport and continue to participate and play long into their adulthood. We achieve this with top quality coaches who run physically and mentally challenging practices that teach competitiveness, self-discipline, and other important life skills in addition to volleyball skills. We believe keeping the fun in volleyball is a top priority along with a goal of being winners both on and off the court.
JHVB is open to 5th through 12th grade youth in the Jackson Hole area. Club sessions consist of membership on an age-based team with practices and tournament competition opportunities. Spring club teams participate in the Eastern Idaho Volleyball Association league, an organization offering competition opportunities in eastern Idaho with low costs and minimal travel time. Club teams may also participate in a variety of USAV and AAU tournaments in Wyoming, Idaho, Utah, Montana, or Washington, including USAV Junior National qualifiers and EIVA Grand Prix national qualifiers. Practices are held at the Jackson Hole Middle School.
Club fees cover facility fees, coaching compensation, club and team fees due to USAV and/or AAU, tournament entry fees, hotel accommodations for players on overnight trips, and club equipment. Parents/guardians are required to provide athlete transportation to and from tournaments.
